Accolades from our Clients
I never thought selling my home would be so easy. Thanks to Lauren Bowers and Kim Bradley put the professional touch on my property and I knew I made the right choice in choosing Marquee Properties, Inc.
Thanks to their experience and expertise my house sold quickly and they made the process painless. They were there with me every step of the way.
Shannon is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was very patient (under-rated quality in real estate), super knowledgeable in both the real estate and lending markets, and clearly had my best interests in mind when working with sellers. Absolutely (and most likely will) hire Shannon in any future real estate transactions and you should too!

Kim was great to work with! She helped me purchase my first home and made the whole process a breeze. I had a ton of questions and her knowledge was everything and more that I needed. We looked at several homes and I decided that the first one she had found was the perfect home for me. Then we closed in less than 30 days! I am very thankful for Kim and look forward to future buys/sells with her!
Kim did an amazing job working with us on securing our first home. She made the home buying processes much more comforting thanks to her quick and swift communication with both us and the sellers side. Kim was always looking out for us and was with us every step of the way. She’s amazing to work with, provides her honest feedback/input, and made sure everything got done on time. I could not recommend her any more!
Kim is a real estate professional and guided us through the process of selling our home. Kim was transparent and communicated frequently with us throughout the process. Kim helped us with ideas for staging our home which helped showcase the features of our home buyers would find appealing. She was thorough and reviewed all artifacts for accuracy and correctness, ensuring a smooth closing experience. We would be happy to have Kim represent us again! Thank you.
I highly recommend Nicole for her knowledge and expertise. I purchased my home in Montclair and she made my home purchase effortless. It was my first time purchasing a home and she took her time to explain the process to me. Nicole is very honest and professional.
Buying your first home can be stressful, confusing, and scary. I am so thankful that Kim and her awesome assist, Lauren, were there to hold my hand through the whole process. Kim’s knowledge of the real estate industry put my mind at ease since she could quickly answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Her assistant, Lauren, took us to see many houses and ultimately found the home we ended up purchasing. What a great investment! In just five years, its amazing the amount of equity we have accumulated. I will always use Kim and her team as my real estate professionals.
We truly have Kim to thank for the success of our first home purchase. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry and our local housing market. She listened closely to our needs and wants and made each one of our wish list items come true. She was also very responsive at all hours of the day. I have nothing but great things to say about Kim, and I will be recommending all of my friends and family to her when they are in the market to purchase or sell a home.
Kim has helped me several times. She helped me sell two different places and buy my current one. She really knows her stuff. Kim is very professional, hardworking, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great, experienced agent to purchase or sell a home. She is the best!!!
